Returns & Replacements
Because of the intimate nature of the items sold here, we are unable to accept returns or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective on arrival. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our Gonaughty customers.
Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non- resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- vibrators and dildos
- douche/enema kits

- cock and ball devices, cock rings and cock sleeves
- gags and ropes
- lingerie and men's wear
- Lubes, massage oils, condoms, and body paints are also not returnable.
Damaged Shipments Upon Delivery:
Contact us HERE for a RMA Number (return merchandise authorization number). A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY ANY RETURN IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE PROCESSED. We will not accept any return without one. When emailing about a defect, please state the following information, your order number OR your web confirmation number along with your name and the nature of the defect..
Any item returned must have ALL original parts and packaging, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty cards, instructions etc.
Once items are received back into our warehouse we will re-Ship replacement item(s) OR Store Credit will be issued..
Over time If there is an issue or your product becomes defective and still under warranty we can help you out by giving you the contact information for the manufacturer.
Can I cancel my order?
Most instances, your order is processed and shipped the same day so you get it quickly. Therefore, there is no way to cancel an order once it has been submitted.
We are fully automated, meaning once order is placed your items will be place on our state-of-the-art computer operated assembly line shipping queue for shipping. Once order is processed it is considered shipped. If you need to cancel your order and has not left the building and or sitting on a palette wrap ready for pickup ; we need to stop the process and therefore if cancelled there will be restocking fees of 25% which includes the credit card processing fees deducted off your refund. PLEASE ORDER CAREFULLY.
Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct before submitting an order. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed.
If your order is returned to one of our warehouses because of a wrongly supplied address, once returned to us and/or if you no longer want a reship we will cancel your order. You will be refunded minus all shipping costs and restocking fees of 25% which includes all credit card fees. If you want a re-ship, free shipping the second time your way will be at your own expense. Please order carefully to avoid confusion..
Unwanted Item Returns:
If You Would Like To Return Or "Return To Sender" Some Or All Of Your Order, ***Products Must Be Sealed***, You May Return It Within 5 Days Of Receipt Of Delivery. Contact Us For A RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Tracking Code will be needed. Tracking The Package Back To Us Is Your Responsibility.
In The case of "Return To Sender"
- The address does not exist.
- The item does not bear a sufficient address.
- The addressee has moved without providing a forwarding address.
- The item is refused by the addressee.
Please Track Original Tracking Code Sent, Advice Us When Tracking Has Confirmed Returned To Us.
Once Confirmed Returned, Our Customer Service Representatives Will Provide Will You With Either A Store Credit Or Refund For The Price Paid For The Product Minus A 25% Restocking/Administration Fees.
