How to use:
1. Please first use fresh water to clean the ball and the silicone belt.
2. Then use a towel or lint-free cloth to dry.
3. Place the water-soluble lubricant in the ball.
4. Lay down, keep relax.
5. Then hold the ball closed by a silicone belt and slowly push it into the body.
6. Finally, hold the silicone belt and clean it after use.
7. Training procedures: Use the electric ball from low to high frequency. Do not exercise during menstruation.
8. Throughout the pelvic floor exercise process, with the exception of the pelvic floor muscles, the rest of the whole body muscles remain relaxed, thus avoiding tightening of the abdomen, thighs, and hip muscles.
